Curly Fry and Freya are off to their new homes!

Today my ladies Curly Fry and Freya are headed out to meet their new family. Re-homing my older rats is definitely one of the hardest parts of breeding!

Curly Fry is definitely one of my heart rats and it is very hard to see her leave! Her daughter, Curly 2, will be staying here with me as part of my breeding program so it is time for her to retire. She is sweet and cuddly and caring and always finds a way to tickle everyone she meets!
Freya loves to jump around and give kisses and is always up for adventure and hand-wrestling. They will both be missed here but I know that they are going to an excellent new home that will give them so much love!

All ready in the carrier to head out!

Looking forward to pictures and updates, happy travels little ratties!

Cleaning day today!

Cleaned up the whole rat room yet again! Would like to take the opportunity to remind everyone to clean their binder clips every time you do a cage clean (if you're using fleece that is) !

All clean! Each cage has 2 normal hammocks and 1 double level hammock, one hut,  a sock bin, a litter box and of course tons of cardboard!

I love how much ratties appreciate cage cleans. All the ratties have finally finished bouncing around and inspecting every corner and have lay down to have naps.
