In the hospital

As those of you on my Facebook page have already seen, I am currently in the hospital.

After some scans and various testing over the past few days, they have found that I have a pulmonary embolism, a blockage of an artery in the lungs by a substance that has traveled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream.
I have two clots, one on each lung and am having some extreme chest and stomach pain due to this.

I will be an inpatient here at the hospital over the weekend while we monitor the clots and try to rid my lungs of them with blood thinners.

Rattery maintenance:

In my absence, the rattery is being maintained by two of my very good friends. They are visiting the rats every other day and are doing a full cage clean this weekend!

For those looking to reserve and adopt:

All reservations will be held, and no holding fee for rats reserved will be charged for the time that I am spending in the hospital. If you have rats on hold and are waiting to pick them up, I am hoping that I will be ready to meet with you next week.

If you are looking to reserve rats, please visit my Availability Page  and follow the Steps to Adoption as per usual. I may take a bit longer to get back to any messages as I am on painkillers, but I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible!

Thank you everyone for your time, patience, and thoughts. Give your ratties kisses for me!
